One Trade Electrical work has been part of my family for three generations. It began with my grandfather, whose journey in electrical engineering started with four years of university study and went on to span 50 years in the electrical and energy industry. His dedication to the industry was recognised in 1994 with a national honour for his contribution to the energy sector. His passion for the profession, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things properly were passed on to my mother, who continued the family tradition, and ultimately to me. As a third-generation electrician, I have carried those lessons into my own work, combining generations of practical knowledge with modern electrical practices, technology, and Australian standards. Today, Southern Sparky Services provides residential and commercial electrical services across Adelaide, from installations and repairs to fault finding, switchboards, compliance testing, and ongoing maintenance. Southern Sparky Services was established in 2020 and remains an owner-operated business. As the owner and director, I stay personally involved in every aspect of the business, from quoting and planning through to the work itself and its completion. The electrical industry continues to evolve, but the principles remain the same: work safely, take pride in what you do, and never compromise on quality. That's the standard I was taught, and it's the standard I continue to bring to every job.
