An addition of weatherproof power outlet next to meter/switchboard panel.

This wall "up/down" feature lights can provide a pleasant, even brightness and help conceal imperfections, but they require careful design and installation to achieve the desired effect

This series of outlets and switches is designed to maintain an IP rating (protection against dust and water ingress).

While they may appear bulkier, the matching IP-rated plugs ensure the safe operation of your electrical equipment exposed to dust and water.

External door bell with the camera, an electric lock, internal door station with the App - all of this can be controlled from your phone, while you are away from home... Helps to let your courier in/out to drop off parcels and to keep parcels secure.

In this case intercom is only controlling pedestrian gate lock, but there are options to automate sliding/swing gate.

Replacing the outdated switchboard with a single 'safety switch' (also known as 'RCD' or 'Residual Current Device') that simultaneously protects all circuits, along with a new switchboard featuring individual protective devices for each circuit.

Why is this important? In the event of a fault, a protective device will trip, leaving only the affected circuit offline instead of the entire house!

Replacement of "batten holder" type lights with "spot lights"

An old meter panel and switchboard upgrade including relocation to outside of the building:

- removal of old analogue meters and fuse-type switchboard

- installation of a new cabinet incorporating both - new digital meters and modern protective devices

- extension of wiring, fault finding, re-connection and testing

Unusual transformation of a standard "trussed" roof into an open roof space with addition of "spot" lights.

This custom project required precise cutting of enclosures to conceal all wiring, as well as careful measurement of the spacing for each light fitting.

Total of 16 spot lights divided into 4 groups, each group on an individual switch.
